Episode 1 — "The Untold Want" (May 15, 2026)

Beth and Rip's post-Yellowstone story begins with a fire that destroys their first attempt at peace, pushing them toward Rio Paloma, Texas. Their fresh start turns dangerous immediately: Beulah Jackson's grip on the area becomes clear, and a body is found buried on their new land. → Full recap

Episode 2 — "Earn Another Day" (May 15, 2026)

Rip quietly disposes of the body found on the property while Beth comes to terms with how much of Rio Paloma answers to Beulah Jackson. Carter's growing connection with Oreana pulls the next generation into a feud they did not choose. → Full recap

Episode 3 — "Act of God Business" (May 22, 2026)

The season's central catastrophe lands: Rip discovers foot-and-mouth disease in the herd and quarantines the cattle. Beth travels to Dallas to pitch Dutton Ranch beef to a high-end steakhouse, only for Joaquin Jackson to follow her there and make the intimidation explicit. Meanwhile Anna Dupree arrives at the ranch looking for Zachariah Moss, and he admits he killed her daughter — his girlfriend — by reversing into her while drunk.

Episode 4 — "Start With a Bullet" (May 29, 2026)

The hardest hour of the season. With the herd condemned, a trench is dug and Rip shoots roughly a hundred head one by one, finishing with the calf he saved in the premiere. Beth traces the infected bull to broker J.R. Simon, finds the veterinary paperwork was forged, and the pair answer it by beating him and burning his trailer. Carter meets Dwight, and Beth discovers Oreana in Carter's bed — then learns exactly which family she belongs to.

Episode 5 — "Peaceful Find Peace" (June 5, 2026)

Beth and Rip take the risky step of aligning with Beulah rather than fighting her: Rip becomes foreman at 10 Petal, Beth pitches herself as Beulah's brand strategist. Dwight is shot during a police raid, and Carter ends the episode badly shaken after being threatened into silence. → Full recap

Episode 6 — "A Cowboy Saint" (June 12, 2026)

The season's most consequential episode. Rip finally confesses to Beth about the body he buried. Beth and Beulah land the Frontier Hospitality Group pitch, but Beulah uses the meeting to reveal she knows about Jamie Dutton. Rob-Will escapes rehab and manipulates Chet into confronting Joaquin at 10 Petal, where Chet shoots Joaquin in the hand. → Full recap

Episode 7 — "Den of Sin" (June 19, 2026)

Rob-Will forces the succession by threatening Joaquin, and Beulah publicly names him her successor at 10 Petal — then collapses. The episode stops short of confirming she dies. Flashbacks fill in Beulah's history, including an assault by Luke. → Ending explained

Episode 8 — "Whiskey Limits" (June 26, 2026)

The truth about 10 Petal surfaces: it is a criminal enterprise running stolen Mexican cattle, forged paperwork and smuggling, and Austin confesses the whole operation to Beth and Rip. Beulah survives her heart attack and chooses Everett. Carter tries ranch work and fails at it. → Full recap

The finale connects every thread: the smuggled cattle were carrying fentanyl sewn inside them, the same pipeline that caused the foot-and-mouth outbreak back in Episode 3.
